reboot with just the CocoIO card in any Coco (coco1, coco2, or coco3). It can be in an MPI slot, but if it's alone in the Coco Cartridge Slot, that rules out other things going wrong.

This program resets the Wiznet chip, loads a MAC (Hardware Source Address) of 01:02:03:04:05:06, and then reads it back. It should read 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
